The Crus Classés de Graves bring together thirty wine directors at Manhattan for a refined diner, prestigious invitees from the most famous restaurants in New-York.

A wine tasting takes place in first place, before the diner, with youngest vintages for the first and seconds wines of our members. The Ai Fiori restaurant is held by the Chief and Owner Michael White.

Wine from Château Bouscaut, Château Carbonnieux, Domaine de Chevalier, Château Couhins, Château Couhins-Lurton, Château de Fieuzal, Château Haut-Bailly, Château La Mission-Haut-Brion, Château Latour-Martillac, Château Malartic-Lagravière, Château Olivier, Château Pape-Clément, Château Smith-Haut-Lafitte were poured during this diner.
